Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not perfectly satisfied please contact us and we will offer you a 14 day return or exchange. 

LKT will only accept returns if the item is in the original condition, unworn, free of damages by the customer and sent back in its original packaging with the receipt enclosed. Return shipping and packing should be arranged at your own cost and convenience, using a reliable tracked courier service.  If you would like to make an exchange for a design that works better for you, please contact us within 7 days. Re-delivery charges will apply.

Due to the nature of the natural fibres and colours each product will vary in look and touch.  There are no two pieces the same, each product will have a different pile, technique and colour combination. Please see product description.

Colours cannot always be exactly replicated on screen. Please therefore take a careful look at all the images shown for each of the products to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.

For any products that have been up-cycled from handmade vintage pieces, there may be loose stitches and frayed edges. Natural fading and small defects may be apparent but these appealing characteristics add to the individuality of these re-invented pieces.  It is therefore important that you take a close look at all the images before making a purchase. Items cannot be returned as faulty due to natural imperfections.  We believe at LKT that these are truly unique gems with their own history, ready for a new life, and a new story in your home.
